Ria’s passion for design is rooted in her personal commitment to more purposeful living. She aims to strike a balance between comfort, functionality, and charm, helping clients create cohesive spaces by curating the things they love into their homes in a way that feels expressive yet practical.​

 

Originally from Texas, Ria has lived and loved in the Pacific NW for over 25 years. Her background includes design expertise of many kinds, from jewelry to home interiors, garden design, color consulting, and beyond. She focused on jewelry design and metalsmithing during her undergrad studies, later using her design skills to manage a custom furniture showroom, consult in both home and light commercial design, and work with realtors to improve their clients’ homes and gardens for optimal listing success.​

By listening to your needs, respecting your budget, and generating fresh ideas and solutions for your design challenges, Ria will encourage you to be a little more adventurous while also honoring your boundaries. She is a mother, a daughter, a wife, and a sister. In her free time she enjoys good food, playing board games, exploring new places both far away and close to home as well as spending time with friends and family, especially in nature. Ria has a passion for colorful textiles, plants and natural lighting, and finds great joy in reimagining new uses for old things.
